Project Goals:

Mahindra Trucks' web-based application is a multilingual platform that provides instant support to service stations. It has services like Mobile Vans which is a unique facility that reaches out to broken down vehicles anytime and anywhere, ‘Now Service’ wherein experts are available 24*7 for advice and immediate problem resolution plans and MPARTS Plaza which makes parts available at service stations by checking the availability of parts at the nearest store and then delivers to their preferred location.

Challenges:

The client was looking forward to getting a platform that can build a bridge between their officials and service stations for a better experience. In the previous model, the problem registration or requesting for missing/worn out parts was a major concern for service professionals and there was no 24*7 service been offered by the company. With the enhanced version, the client wanted service professionals to get help, by all means, be it technical or urgent requirements of truck parts all were kept in mind while deploying the new platform.

Result:

Acknowledging the challenges faced by clients our team came up with a platform wherein both admin and users will be at ease. We not only kept service professionals in mind but also focused on the admin part. This platform aims to give SMS solution to the service station professionals anytime and anywhere they need help, an online store for truck parts has been integrated for the users to buy whenever they require any part which is promised to deliver at their preferred location. With the help of our enhanced and fast-paced platform admin will be able to track the broken-down trucks and can reach out for their help. As soon as the professional drops a message or request Mahindra’s experts get a notification and they start working on rectifying issues.
